This past weekend we participated in one of NY’s best events: the 57th New York Film Festival (NYFF). We love to immerse ourselves in cinema, discover new worlds, and explore the many dimensions of human experience. Watching a film upon its release in a film festival is indescribable because you’re watching history unfold with a front-row seat. We would love for your child to join us on our cinematic adventures!
Here are some highlights.
Martin Scorsese’s The Irishman premiered at the festival and brought celebrities galore! Most of them were busy with paparazzi, but we did catch Maggie Gyllenhaal who walked by dressed to the nines!
One of our favorite directors, Pedro Almodóvar screened his latest Pain and Glory, and afterward he discussed his favorite films and how they influenced his work.
