October is a special month for us. Not only is it Abigail’s birthday but it is also our daughter Claire’s birthday. While Claire isn’t here for us to celebrate here on earth we enjoy making the day special and honoring her. We usually have some sort of dessert that we take to the cemetary and sing happy birthday to her and dream what our life would look like if she were here with us right now. We miss her every single day but we know she is in the presence of the Lord and that’s the best place she could possibly be.
