Last September, for our birthdays (we are a few days – and a couple of years – apart), we decided to go somewhere special. It didn’t take us long to pick the Yellowstone National Park, as it was on our bucket list for a long time.
We went to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks in mid-October, we saw a lot of bison, elks, geysers and bright blue pools. We also saw a bald eagle and a family of moose. It was wonderful!
After two days there, it started to snow a lot and the Rangers closed the park. So we decided to head south and get to the Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. It was quite a drive but it was worth it. These two parks are completely different from the first two and it was magical as well!
